Strongly recommend for overnight stay

Comfortable beds, clean room. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, and I appreciated the convenient location just off the interstate for easy exploration.

I stayed here for one night and found the front desk staff to be very accommodating and friendly. The room I had was clean upon arrival, which was a plus, but unfortunately, it did have a lingering smell that was less than pleasant. While the location was perfect for my needs, I think the overall cleanliness of the common areas could use some improvement.

The TV wasn't functioning, and when I tried reaching out about it, I got no response. It took a visit to the front desk to get it turned on manually, and even then, the remote barely worked unless you were right in front of it. To top it off, the microwave in our room also failed to operate. Housekeeping didn't check in at all during our stay, leaving us with a full garbage can. Additionally, the elevator was under maintenance, which became an inconvenience, particularly for those who may have mobility issues. It left me wondering about the overall maintenance and safety of the property.

The Quality Inn & Suites Chattanooga-East Ridge exceeded my expectations with its clean and modern rooms. The spacious King Room had a comfortable bed, a microwave, and a refrigerator which made my stay easy and enjoyable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making check-in a breeze.

Woke up to a delightful breakfast spread, and the staff were ever so friendly. My room felt like a warm hug after a long day of exploring.

However, the hot water was mysteriously missing one evening, which proved to be a bit inconvenient when I needed a relaxing shower after a long day.
